Hi guys, it’s your old pal Abobo. You might remember from way back in the day when I pounded your ass all up in Double Dragon. I plan on knocking you out today as well… with my spicy chicken adobo.
First, you’re going to need the ingredients: + 3 lbs chicken meat (I prefer using whole chickens that I have pummeled to death with my fists.) |

The first step is to combine all of the the ingredients in a large bowl. Go head, just mix it all up.
Then you want to put everything into a sauce pan and bring it to a boil, making sure to stir every now and then. Once you have brought it to a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked. At this point, the pepper and Sriracha should be making your eyes water. If it isn’t, add more pepper and Sriracha. |

After about 20 minutes, remove the chicken from your sauce pan. Continue to reduce your sauce over low heat.
Have a frying pan going with a little big of oil in it and sear your pieces of chicken. I know most people don’t do this, but trust me, this step makes all the difference in the world. Add your reduced sauce over the chicken, and you’re done! I like to add a little bit more crushed pepper to kick it up a notch. A quick, easy, and tasty meal that anyone can make and enjoy (even that bitch Linda). There’s nothing quite like this, with a big bowl of steamed rice, after a long hard day of throwing oil barrels.
